We are pleased to announce a popular lecture by Dr. Daniel Henryk Rasolt, to be held on 26 March from 4:00 to 4:45 PM at Kanada Hall, Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research, Jakkur, Bangalore.

Dr. Rasolt is an interdisciplinary and intercultural researcher, writer, and project developer, with a background in Astrophysics from Cornell University. Over the past 12 years, he has worked across diverse research areas, primarily in South America, integrating perspectives from natural sciences, ecology, and socio-cultural studies. His work emphasizes building connections across disciplines through evidence-based dialogue, particularly in the study of complex systems.

His research spans topics such as gravitation and multi-messenger astronomy, landscape ecology, hydrological dynamics, soil microbiology, alternative energy, nutrition transitions, and Indigenous and socioeconomic studies. His work has been published in New Scientist, Nautilus, Undark, The Revelator, and Resilience. He is also the founder and chief editor of The InterPlex, an interdisciplinary and intercultural nonprofit publication.
